Warranties and Disputes
The terms and any warranties that apply to S3D Hardware and S3D Software are included with such S3D Hardware and S3D Software. These Terms provide that all disputes between you and S3D will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under these Terms, except for matters that may be taken to small claims court. Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury, and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. Please review Section 'Dispute Resolution' of these Terms for the details regarding your agreement to arbitrate any disputes with S3D.

Payment Terms
All payments are processed through secure third-party external payment gates. We do not have or store any credit card information. All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI DSS security standards and supported by payment system companies. We are not responsible for any loss of data or funds when using these payment systems. We launch the order for execution upon receipt of payment to our account. You can find a list of currently available payment systems on the product order page.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We offer refunds or cancellations in accordance with our refund policy. Customers must request refunds within 15 days of end delivery, and we reserve the right to decline full refunds in case of damage to the goods by the buyer. The cost of shipping the goods back and the cost of the money refund is also at the buyer's own expense. If you do not agree with this condition - do not buy our products.

Limitation of Liability
S3D shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services, including but not limited to system outages or third-party service failures.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

If you have a copyright-related complaint about media posted on the our Site, or do you not like the fact that we refer to on your materials or use them like demo, please contact our support, we're gonna clean it up immediately.

By using the Site, and by entering into these Terms, you represent and warrant that your use of the Site complies and will comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations, and that you will not use the Site except as expressly permitted under these Terms. S3D reserves the right to disable access to users who violate of Singapore laws and regulations. S3D may block access to content and software, firmware, or other files for any person who causes problems to our server.

Access Blocking
We prohibit the training of any AI systems using materials from our website. We prohibit the use of any materials from the website for databases or copying to any information banks. If such use is detected by the server security system, access will be blocked for the entire range of the provider's IP addresses. Services Offered
S3D provides products for display customer media: 3D photo and 3D video of images on users equipment. We provide digital products, scientific and industrial softwares, firmware and solutions downloadable to gadgets. Hardware to run these products and spare parts for repair and products support. We provide new firmware or software to upgrade and improve the functionality of old hardware equipments or user gadgets.

You understand and agree that commercial and entertainment devices and other hardware products contain or are controlled by our firmware or software. S3D firmware or S3D software is not considered part of this site. All services are provided upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions and payment of your order.

For maximum security, system delete all information about the order placed one month after the delivery is completed. You should save the invoice and order data on your device yourself.
